The one-on-one sessions I offer are meant to help you process, integrate, and move. You can’t keep healing and processing endlessly. You must eventually take action. I help you figure out where to go next.
Embodiment Session
These sessions are for starseeds who have spent most of their lives feeling out of place—highly perceptive, deeply sensitive, and often more comfortable observing life than fully inhabiting it.
These sessions are not about becoming more spiritual or accessing higher states of consciousness. We already thrive there. Instead, they’re about choosing to enter life fully, through the body, with responsibility and presence.
The initiation of descent marks a shift from observing life to inhabiting it. Once this shift occurs, the way you relate to yourself, your relationships, and your choices fundamentally changes.

Sovereign Woman Session
The Sovereign Woman Session is for women navigating love, desire, and dignity.
In this session, we slow down the experience, return to the body, and separate the emotional and energetic threads beneath what you’re feeling. Together, we explore what is true, what is projection, what belongs to the past, and what the relationship is actually revealing in the present. From there, we return to relational truth, self-honesty, and dignified choice.
